How did we get started?
We began our journey in 2021 with a small team of three. Since then, we’ve grown, hired new hires, and had more opportunities to connect with the entire team.
They had small businesses and startups from around, proud they’re no longer small.

Partnerships
Who and why?
Pharos University
For several years, Udjat Agency served as the primary and exclusive partner of Pharos University in Alexandria in Alexandria. This partnership was established through a formal cooperation protocol between the company and the university to provide practical evaluation and real-world training for students in the Media Department.
Under this program, approximately 50 students each year were selected to participate in a hands-on practical project within the company. Throughout the program, students were involved in real professional tasks and projects, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a real working environment.
At the end of the academic year, the company conducted a professional evaluation of the participating students, providing performance assessments that contributed to their academic evaluation at the university.
This initiative resulted in a significant improvement in the students’ academic and practical performance, helping many of them develop stronger professional skills and better prepare for entering the job market.
Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AAST)
Udjat Agency has also maintained a long-standing collaboration with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, particularly in the field of media coverage and documentation of institutional events.
Over the years, the company has built a strong working relationship with the academy, collaborating with multiple departments and supporting various initiatives and activities. Through this partnership, Udjat has been responsible for the professional media coverage of numerous events organized by the academy.
The company has successfully managed and covered many events held by the academy across several cities, including Alexandria, Cairo, El Alamein, And Port Said. This ongoing collaboration reflects the trust established between both institutions and highlights Udjat’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality media and marketing support for large-scale academic and institutional events.
Alamien University
Additionally, a similar collaboration was established with Alamein International University. Both Udjat Agency and the university agreed to implement the same approach in training, developing, and evaluating students in the Media Department.
This cooperation followed a framework similar to the successful protocol previously implemented between Udjat Agency and Pharos University in Alexandria. The goal of this partnership was to bridge the gap between academic education and real-world professional practice by providing students with practical projects, hands-on experience, and professional evaluation within the company.
Through this initiative, students at Alamein International University were given the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real industry settings, further enhancing their professional skills and preparing them for careers in media and marketing.
Ministry of Youth and Sports (Egypt)
Udjat Agency has also collaborated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Egypt) on a special youth-focused project in Egypt.
Through this initiative, the company had the opportunity to work more closely with government institutions, contributing to programs aimed at youth development and empowerment. The project focused on supporting national efforts to enhance opportunities for young people, improve their skills, and strengthen initiatives designed to help them reach their full potential.
This collaboration allowed Udjat Agency to play a role in supporting broader governmental efforts to develop youth capabilities and improve the effectiveness of programs dedicated to empowering the next generation.
